Privacy policy

Effective October 6, 2026. AV Room Planner is run by Blue Edge Systems, Inc..

Using the calculators

The calculators run in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored.

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use them to keep the site running and to stop abuse.

Asking for a quote

If you send the quote form, we collect what you enter: name, email, company, city and state, your notes, and the estimate shown on the page.

With the consent you give on the form, we pass those details to one AV integrator so they can contact you with a quote. The integrator may pay us a referral fee. We do not pass them to anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

We keep quote requests for up to 24 months, then delete them.

Product links

Product links go to B&H. When you follow one, B&H can tell you came from this site and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We receive a commission report that does not identify you.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the details you sent, ask us to correct or delete them, or withdraw your consent to sharing them. Write to kstetson@blueedgesystems.tech and we will act within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law, including the right to complain to a regulator.

Children

This site is for people planning workplace AV. It is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their details.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
